2. Invest in Human Hair When getting a weave always go for human hair. Synthetic hair does not do well when exposed to heat from blow drying and curling. Also, human hair moves better and looks better. Always remember to show some scalp or your hairline to give a more natural look.
3. Don’t Be Afraid to Cut Every weave needs to be cut to fit your face. If you have too much hair on your head it can look like a wig. Razor-cut weaves are fabulous and although this may be hard at first but DO NOT brush your hair daily. This will create tangling and matting on the hair. Just give it a nice comb through instead.
4. Special Treatment Your weave should be treated like it is your actual hair. It needs to be washed and conditioned regularly. How To Get A Braid Wrapped Bun. The braided wrapped bun is taking the red carpet world by storm. Everyone loves this trend and it can be created easily as a everyday look or for a any event.
- Start by pretending to form a ponytail where you want the bun to fall and hold with one hand, but don't add an elastic yet.
- While holding the ponytail with that hand, use the other hand to pull our four sections of hair around the ponytail. You should end up with about 1/2 of your hair still in your ponytail hand and four loose pieces of hair that total the other 1/2 of your hair separated out.
- Take an elastic and form a makeshift bun out of the ponytail. You'll undo and fix it later, the point is to keep that hair out of the way for the time being.
- Make four braids out of the four sections of hair. Try to start each braid close to the bun (i.e., don't pull the braid off too tight) and secure each with a small elastic at the ends.
- Now grab some bobby pins and make a circle around your fake bun, pinning and tucking the ends.
- Undo the bun and make a ponytail but tuck the ends under to make a loop. Just flatten and fluff and you're done!

One of the highlights during that far-too-short-lived TV series was when Keri Russell chopped off her signature long curly locks after a bad breakup with the object of her obsession, Ben. Well, it appears that actress
Evan Rachel Wood has done her own version of Felicity’s crop job, only instead of going for a cut after her split with Marilyn Manson, she has instead decided to go for a different haircolor—taking it from black to red.
